My journey in HR and general people operations began long before I formally stepped into an HR role. I was always passionate about motivating my colleagues to do their best work and removing the barriers that prevented them from doing so.
Now that I am an HR & Recruitment Coordinator, I am even more passionate about ensuring that the entire life-cycle of our employees is an amazing experience. I especially love to see how that translates into wins for the organization.

When I am not working, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with my family and friends, and watching TikTok videos – you’d be surprised how much you can learn in 60 seconds or less! 🙂
